Falcon Building Group is a family business owned by Angelo Carrabba and his son, Paul. The family has been building for more than 40 years.
Paul and Angelo oversee projects together with a longtime trade partner who serves as a project manager. The work itself is done by independent trade partners, some of whom the family has worked with for many years.
We work with homeowners in Bluffton and Hilton Head, on remodels and additions as well as ground-up custom homes and commercial work. The way we do business hasn't changed: tell the truth about scope and cost, then stand behind the finished work.
Who we help and who we don't
We work with homeowners who are making a significant investment in their home, like a new kitchen, an updated bath, an addition, or a custom home, and who want honest answers and numbers. If you're hunting for the lowest bid, or you need a quick patch job, we'll happily point you elsewhere. Fit matters in both directions.
We don't cut corners
The waterproofing behind the tile, the base under the driveway, and the framing nobody will ever see are all built like they'll be inspected, because our name is on it either way.
We don't disappear
You get a weekly update and a phone that gets answered, during your project and years after it.
We don't over-promise
If a timeline is twelve weeks, we say twelve weeks. If your budget doesn't fit the project, we say that too. Disappointing you early beats disappointing you late.
What it's like to work with us
It starts with a conversation. We listen more than we talk, and follow up with a clear picture of scope, budget territory, and timeline. We call that framework the Falcon Blueprint.
