Whole-Home Remodeling, Planned Properly
Some houses need work in every room, and a new kitchen alone won't fix them. Maybe you bought a great location with a dated house attached, or the home you've loved for 20 years no longer fits how you live. A whole-home remodel rebuilds the house around your life without giving up the lot, the street, or the neighbors.
Get real numbers for your project
Renovating an entire home means dozens of decisions and trades that have to happen in the right order. Falcon plans it, prices it, and coordinates the trade partners who carry it out, so the sequence holds and you're not juggling contracts yourself.
This is for you if…
- You're renovating most or all of a home: kitchen, baths, floors, and layout together.
- You bought a well-located house that needs a full update.
- You want a single written plan and budget for the entire project, not a pile of separate bids.
…and not for you if
- You want to renovate one room at a time over several years with separate contracts. We can help, but a phased plan changes the economics and we'll tell you how.
- The house needs to come down. If a rebuild genuinely makes more sense than a renovation, we'll say so.
The problems it solves
- A chopped-up floor plan that fights modern living
- Dated kitchens, baths, and floors all reaching end-of-life together
- Piecemeal renovations that never quite match
- The dread of managing five contractors for one house
What's included
- Whole-home space planning
- One written scope, budget, and construction schedule
- Structural changes, systems updates, and permits
- Kitchen, baths, flooring, trim, and paint under one contract
- Scheduled communication throughout the project
- Room-by-room final walkthrough
How we build it: The Falcon Blueprint
The work follows the same four steps. Read the full process for the detailed version.
1.Listen & Plan
It starts with a conversation. We listen and work through options until the plan fits the way you actually live.
2.Transparent Scope & Budget
You'll know what you're buying, what it costs, and how long it takes before you commit. If the numbers don't work for you, we'd rather hear it now.
3.Build With Trusted Trade Partners
The work is done by independent trade partners, some of whom the family has worked with for many years. Falcon coordinates the schedule so you always know what comes next.
4.Walkthrough & Stand Behind It
A finished project is the only advertising we've ever really had, so we don't call one done until you agree it is. The work carries a 5-year warranty.
How long it takes
Whole-home remodels typically run 4 to 9 months of construction depending on scope, after 2 to 4 months of design and pricing. We'll map yours out before you sign anything.
What to expect on cost
A whole-home remodel is priced like a small custom home: scope, structure, and finish level drive it. The Cost & Investment Guide explains the framework; a consultation puts numbers on your house.
