Flooring That Handles the Lowcountry
Floors take more abuse than any other surface in your home, and in the Lowcountry they also fight humidity, sand, and the occasional wet dog. Looks matter here, but so does how a material behaves when the air is 80% water in August.
Get real numbers for your project
We handle hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl plank, tile, and carpet across the Lowcountry, in one room or through the whole house as part of a larger remodel. Subfloor prep, moisture control, and acclimation are a standard part of the job with us.
This is for you if…
- You're replacing worn, dated, or damaged flooring in one room or the whole house.
- You want honest guidance on what actually holds up in coastal humidity.
- Your flooring is part of a kitchen, bath, or whole-home remodel.
…and not for you if
- You want a same-week carpet swap at closeout pricing. Big-box installers handle that fine.
- You want us to install over a failing subfloor without fixing it. We won't.
The problems it solves
- Cupped or gapping wood floors from moisture swings
- Worn carpet and dated tile dragging the whole house down
- Mismatched flooring transitions from past piecemeal projects
- Squeaks and soft spots that signal subfloor trouble
What's included
- In-home consultation and material guidance
- Moisture testing and subfloor repair or leveling as needed
- Proper material acclimation before installation
- Professional installation with clean transitions and trim
- Furniture handling coordination and daily cleanup

How we build it: The Falcon Blueprint
The work follows the same four steps. Read the full process for the detailed version.
1.Listen & Plan
It starts with a conversation. We listen and work through options until the plan fits the way you actually live.
2.Transparent Scope & Budget
You'll know what you're buying, what it costs, and how long it takes before you commit. If the numbers don't work for you, we'd rather hear it now.
3.Build With Trusted Trade Partners
The work is done by independent trade partners, some of whom the family has worked with for many years. Falcon coordinates the schedule so you always know what comes next.
4.Walkthrough & Stand Behind It
A finished project is the only advertising we've ever really had, so we don't call one done until you agree it is. The work carries a 5-year warranty.
How long it takes
Single rooms often finish in 1 to 3 days; whole-home flooring typically runs 1 to 2 weeks plus material lead time and acclimation.
What to expect on cost
Flooring cost is driven by material, square footage, and subfloor condition. LVP, engineered hardwood, solid hardwood, and tile each land in different ranges. Our Cost & Investment Guide explains how to compare them fairly.
