Our Process
The Falcon Blueprint
Four steps that remove the chaos from remodeling and building, refined over more than 40 years of building.
Most remodeling horror stories come from the same root: a vague scope, a budget nobody wrote down, and decisions made after demolition. The Blueprint settles all three before the work starts. The steps below show how it goes, including what's your job and what's ours.
1.Listen & Plan
It starts with a conversation. We listen and work through options until the plan fits the way you actually live.
What you do
You tell us how you live, what frustrates you about your home, and what you want it to become.
What Falcon does
We ask questions and plan the work around how your family actually uses the room.
2.Transparent Scope & Budget
You'll know what you're buying, what it costs, and how long it takes before you commit. If the numbers don't work for you, we'd rather hear it now.
What you do
You review a written scope, a real budget, and a realistic timeline, and you ask every hard question.
What Falcon does
We put the numbers on paper before a single wall comes down, with no vague allowances and no surprise line items later.
3.Build With Trusted Trade Partners
The work is done by independent trade partners, some of whom the family has worked with for many years. Falcon coordinates the schedule so you always know what comes next.
What you do
You get a weekly update and a clear picture of what's happening in your house that week.
What Falcon does
Paul and Angelo oversee the work together with a longtime trade partner who serves as project manager.
4.Walkthrough & Stand Behind It
A finished project is the only advertising we've ever really had, so we don't call one done until you agree it is. The work carries a 5-year warranty.
What you do
You walk the finished project with us, room by room, and sign off only when it's right.
What Falcon does
We fix anything that isn't right, and the work is backed by a 5-year warranty.
An honest word about timelines
Real projects take real time: most kitchens run 6 to 12 weeks of construction, bathrooms 3 to 6 weeks, additions 3 to 6 months, and custom homes 18 to 24 months from first plans to keys. Planning, ordering, and permitting add weeks before any of that starts.
The builders who promise faster are borrowing time from you and paying it back with interest. Because the Blueprint settles the decisions before demolition, our schedules hold, and you get yours in writing before you commit. Budget works the same way; the full explanation lives in the Cost & Investment Guide.
Communication cadence, living-at-home logistics, and everything else homeowners ask about the process are answered in the Process & Timeline FAQ. And if you're wondering how this plays out in your own town, start with Hilton Head Island or any of our service areas.
