Home Additions That Belong
You love your street, your neighbors, and your trees, but the house is one room short. An addition lets you stay put and gain the space: a primary suite, a sunroom, an in-law suite, or a bigger family room.
Get real numbers for your project
The difference between a good addition and an obvious one is planning. Falcon plans additions to match your home's rooflines, siding, and proportions, then builds them to the same standard as everything else we take on. Guests shouldn't be able to tell where the old house ends.
This is for you if…
- Your family or lifestyle has outgrown the house, but not the neighborhood.
- You're adding space for aging parents or returning kids.
- You want the addition engineered, permitted, and tied into the existing structure correctly.
…and not for you if
- You mainly need reorganized space, not more of it. A whole-home remodel may serve you better and cost less.
- Your lot setbacks or HOA won't allow expansion. We'll tell you early if that's the case.
The problems it solves
- No primary suite on the main floor
- One bathroom for a full house of people
- No space for visiting family or an aging parent
- A dark, cramped living area that can't stretch any further
What's included
- Plans that match your home's architecture
- Structural engineering and Beaufort/Jasper County permitting
- Foundation, framing, roofing, and full weatherproof tie-in
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC extension, and insulation
- Interior finishes to match the rest of your home
- Final walkthrough before completion
How we build it: The Falcon Blueprint
The work follows the same four steps. Read the full process for the detailed version.
1.Listen & Plan
It starts with a conversation. We listen and work through options until the plan fits the way you actually live.
2.Transparent Scope & Budget
You'll know what you're buying, what it costs, and how long it takes before you commit. If the numbers don't work for you, we'd rather hear it now.
3.Build With Trusted Trade Partners
The work is done by independent trade partners, some of whom the family has worked with for many years. Falcon coordinates the schedule so you always know what comes next.
4.Walkthrough & Stand Behind It
A finished project is the only advertising we've ever really had, so we don't call one done until you agree it is. The work carries a 5-year warranty.
How long it takes
Most additions run 3 to 6 months of construction after design and permitting, which typically adds 2 to 4 months up front. Site access and scope drive the range.
What to expect on cost
Additions are priced by scope and complexity. Foundations, roof tie-ins, and bathrooms move the number most. Our Cost & Investment Guide covers the drivers; a consultation gets you real numbers.
